Musings:
The Law of Attraction, The Secret; We thought they were a great concept - good books - but have we done anything with them?Have we changed the way we look at ourselves, at others?
How do we see and what do we expect?
When we expect a yucky day, we generally get one. We can dwell in it if we choose. If we raise ourselves and think of that level as unacceptable – then we look again and we will find what we look for.
You will always find what you look for.
If you want to find fault in others, you will find it. If you want to look at the dark side of life, misery and unhappiness, looking for it, will bring it into your field.
Conversely if you look at the good in people, it will be served to you over and over again.
I keep meeting amazing people, because it is my habit to look for sunshine in others.
You don’t have to be an oil painting, we all have something wonderful within in us that either shines out; or can simply be drawn out with a kind word and a little love.
We all have the potential for greatness, it’s just our habit to be scared of it, or to steer ourselves away from it.
If someone shows you something you really don’t like, take another look and see if there is another way you can react to or perceive that which they have delivered.
Usually someone that shows you anger or hurt is sharing with you how they feel themselves. Ask yourself where it comes from. The physical reaction is the manifestation of an emotional condition. What is the condition and why is it necessary for that person to carry it around? Take a step back and observe it. This helps you to feel less like it’s your fault or problem and you are less likely to take it to heart or carry it round. Remember it’s not your stuff. Allow only good to come into your field. Make a conscious decision to steer clear of the negative.
Put out only what you wish to receive. If you give love, grace and blessings, than the majority coming back into you field will be this.
If you put out criticism, negativity, you will get back what you are reflecting.
If you wish to be kind, act kind and before you know it, you will be it, and kindnesses will come your way as if by magic. It will be part of your vibration and irresistibly kindness will draw to you.
If you wish to be successful, the best thing you can do is to listen carefully to successful people and model them until it clicks for you.
Or until you get into that head space where you realise, your potential is to be just as great, in your own way. And then your own ‘stuff’ will start to come through, because you have stopped blocking its opportunity to arrive.
We talk about clairvoyance, psychics, medium work and channeling. This is not a sacred domain. We can all do it. And we all do by some degree.
Even the sceptics in our circles will say:
“Gee that was a coincidence” or “I was just talking about you” or “I knew that was going to happen”
Explain a chronic condition that is no longer a problem… Or the heat from your hands and the sense of peace you receive from Reiki.
Channeling to me: Sure it’s receiving information or messages.
But it’s also merely receiving that which you have made yourself available for.
We can channel misery, or we can channel miracles.
If we want to do it slowly we can go from “not bad” to good. We can go from “good’ to great. We do it by degrees. Then look for fantastic. Then look for miracles.
You get small ones, large ones; one is not harder or better than another. They are simply miracles. Expect them and they will happen.
You can’t usually see the end of any road when you start on any journey. Don’t expect to see it, take baby steps.
Sometimes you don’t need the clearest plan, you evolve and it’s possible to far exceed that which you imagined you would become.
Namaste,
